Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) Names New Vice President of Marketing

JUNE 2007 - Socius is pleased to announce that Ms. Lorraine Francis has been named the new Vice President of Marketing at the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA).

Prior to joining PHEAA, Ms. Francis served as the Vice President, Marketing & Communications for the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council. She had also previously served as the Director, Marketing & Communications for Rolls Royce North America and as a Director, Global Marketing with General Electric. Ms. Francis holds an MBA from Tulane University and a BA from the City University of New York.

In this newly created role, Ms. Francis will work closely with PHEAA Executive Vice President - Kelly Logan and with President & CEO - Richard Willey. She will also interface with board leadership as a member of the organization's Strategy Council.
