Overview

Mark Elliott has 30 years of experience in management consulting domestically and internationally. He has consulted with hundreds of companies in a broad range of industries on issues involving executive recruitment and assimilation, leadership assessment and development, and organization development.

Mr. Elliott's experience includes 25 years of executive search consulting, as a Partner with what were, at the time, three of the world's largest executive search firms – TMP Worldwide Executive Search, LAI International, and Heidrick & Struggles. His search practice focused on senior executives in manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare. In addition, Elliott held management positions with LAI and TMP. With LAI he was Central Region Manager with operating responsibilities for seven offices, including its Cleveland office. He was also elected to LAI’s board of directors.

More recently he was Head of Research and Chief Administrative Officer for TMP when it grew to over $300 million in annual fee revenues with 32 offices in more than 20 countries. Currently Elliott has added executive coaching to his credentials and has developed a proprietary onboarding process for newly appointed leaders.

Earlier, Elliott was president of an organizational development subsidiary of DDI. He began his career in human resources management with General Electric.

Elliott has written recruitment-related articles for national publications and has spoken at numerous national conferences. He serves on a number of civic and corporate boards.

Elliott received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and pursued graduate studies in Organizational Development at the University of Massachusetts.
