Socius is not positioned as a diversity executive search firm. Instead, our proprietary DiversiSlate approach assembles a diversified and talented slate of fit-focused executive recruits representative of appropriate ethnic and gender inclusivity. One of many ways Socius improves its cultural competency is to be a proud supporter of the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio including participation in the LeadDIVERISTY leadership program. LeadDIVERSITY links emerging leaders with experienced civic leaders who have been positive forces of change, embracing not only a diversity of people and culture, but also the diversity of ideas.
Through initiatives like LeadDIVERSITY and other continuing education, the net takeaway is that we are well versed in the cultural competencies that build relationships with the executive recruit community. For example, we understand the distinction between race and ethnicity along with the many other intricacies of the inclusivity landscape.
