One of the four Socius core values is Commitment to Community and we are proud to continually elevate our performance in that regard. Following are a few highlights for your consideration:

• Pillar Award Winner: Awarded to only 12 organizations annually, the Pillar Award honors companies that positively impact Northeast Ohio communities through charitable giving, volunteerism and support; and showcase best practices in the link between the for-profit and nonprofit worlds.
• Board Service: Socius leadership is proud of its board service with also includes volunteer leadership on a number of nonprofit committees. The best work we do for the community is certainly done by the individuals within our firm.
• Pro-Bono Nonprofit Placements: Socius maintains a no-cost recruitment offering to assist select non-profit organizations.
• Race To Remember: Socius launched this annual running race in 2007 with all net proceeds benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Cleveland Chapter.
• LeadDIVERSITY: Socius not only supports its leadership participation in this important year-long effort but also supports the critical work of the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio.
• Socius DiversiSlate: Proprietary Socius mechanism designed to deliver a slate of executive candidates that represent gender, ethnic and many other measures of diversity.
• Business Volunteers Unlimited: Socius is a long-time supporter of, and participant in, BVU programs and has benefited from continuing education and ongoing network connections made possible our membership with this organization.
